Mountains

The mountains have always been a part of my life; my parents took my siblings and I on hikes as soon as we could walk, and family backpacking trips were part of our summer vacations— a tradition that I carry on with my family. From massive blocks of chiseled granite to tiny alpine plants, my eyes are always wide with wonder at the beauty this harsh environment shapes.
